Job summary

Vilas Javdekar Developers in Pune invites an experienced Real Estate Finance Specialist to lead CRM accounting and project accounting across multiple developments. You will manage customer ledgers, receivables, payments, and book-keeping up to finalisation.

The role requires 5–7 years in real estate accounting, strong reconciliation, GST/TDS knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with CRM, Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with a Real Estate Developer.
• Strong experience in CRM accounting and project accounting.
• Knowledge of customer ledgers, collections and receivables.
• Experience in finalisation of accounts, Balance Sheet and WIP.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM accounting and customer-wise ledger accounting for real estate projects.
• Oversee booking, demand, collections, receivables and payment accounting.
• Perform customer payment reconciliation and resolve ledger discrepancies.
• Handle cancellation, refund, transfer and other customer-related accounting transactions.
• Manage GST, TDS and other applicable tax-related accounting.
• Prepare and review customer outstanding and collection MIS.
• Ensure CRM and Accounts reconciliation for accurate financial records.
• Handle project-wise accounting and WIP working.
• Manage accounting activities up to finalisation, including Balance Sheet and P&L schedules.
• Support taxation, audits and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with CRM, Sales and Finance and Accounts teams for transaction and reconciliation requirements.
