Job summary

Src Chemicals in Visakhapatnam is seeking an experienced logistics and accounting professional to manage invoicing, document verification and billing operations. The role requires coordinating with transporters, preparing invoices and E-Way Bills, and ensuring timely dispatch documentation.

The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing with 4–9 years of relevant experience, including handling GRN, P/O and W/O processes, and maintaining creditor payments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Com degree.
• 4–9 years of experience, preferably from a manufacturing background.
• Experience with purchase bills, GRN and W/O/P/O is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transporters for timely bill submission, verification.
• Prepare Sales Invoices and E-Way Bills.
• Verify necessary documents for regular dispatches.
• Handle Purchase Bill booking & GRN entries, along with Work Orders (W/O) and Purchase Orders (P/O).
• Prepare and maintain Creditors list for payment processing.
• Manage Monthly Fund Planning for import/export activities.
• Prepare and analyze Import/Export MIS reports.
