• Prepare and process domestic and export sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update sales accounting records in ERP/Tally/SAP systems.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for timely collection of payments.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and dispatch teams for order processing and shipment tracking.
• Assist in preparation and verification of export documents (invoice, packing list, COA, shipping bills, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with GST, export regulations, and company financial policies.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support in bank-related export transactions and documentation (LC, advance payments, remittances).
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reporting.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports related to sales and receivables.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA agents for export shipments.
