Job summary

Ecotone Acoustic Limited in India is seeking a diligent Accountant to handle ledger reconciliations, generate E-way Bills and Delivery Challans, and prepare monthly financial reports. The role involves ensuring timely credit notes and accurate sales registers, along with MIS delivery and cash/account reconciliations of varying complexity.

The candidate should be comfortable with Excel and Tally, have knowledge of GST and TDS, and possess strong communication and coordination skills to work

Qualifications

• GST and TDS knowledge for compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and Tally usage.
• Prior accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and inter-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring activity and performing various ledger and/or cash account reconciliations of varying degrees of complexity.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Generation of E-way Bill, Delivery Challan for each and every movement.
• Preparation of Reconciliation of EWB, E-Invoice and Sales Register
• Issue of Credit Note to Customer on timely basis as per the Program
• Producing monthly MIS reports.
• Monthly financial report preparation
