Job summary

Avinash Vasant Chitnis is seeking an accounting professional to handle day-to-day accounts, invoicing, payroll, and statutory compliance across multiple locations in the Mumbai area.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency in GST/TDS/PF/ESIC, and strong MS Excel skills. Prior exposure to warehousing, manpower supply, or facility management is preferred. On-site role with collaborative coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in warehousing, manpower supply, labour contracting or facility management preferred.
• Proficient in GST, TDS, PF and ESIC.
• Strong MS Excel and Tally/ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
• Prepare sales/purchase invoices, vouchers and receipts.
• Handle vendor, client and worker-related payment records.
• Prepare monthly salary and wage statements for employees/workers.
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory records and payments.
• Maintain labour contractor and manpower supply billing records.
• Prepare client invoices based on manpower attendance and work details.
• Reconcile bank, cash, vendor and client accounts.
• Follow up for outstanding payments from clients.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS returns and other compliance activities.
• Coordinate with HR, operations and site supervisors for attendance and payroll data.
