The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, vouchers, payroll support, and compliance.

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate financial reporting. Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage, and knowledge of GST/ TDS will help ensure

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of accounting experience in the construction field is preferred.
• Mandatory experience in Tally is required.
• Basic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) preferred.
• Experience in the construction field is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and billing entries.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, GST if applicable).
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
• Maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and support during audits.
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper cost tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounts.

Salary Budget: 25,000/- per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant with 4–5 years of experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and basic accounting practices. Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
