Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our construction firm. The candidate should have experience handling accounting entries, GST, vendor payments, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
• Handle purchase entries, sales entries, and expense tracking
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Assist in GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and site teams for payment processing
• Maintain payroll and employee reimbursement records
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support audits
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or contracting industry
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction billing and contractor accounts
• Knowledge of project-based accounting
• Familiarity with inventory/material accounting is an advantage
