Job summary

EzeeShipping Solutions Pvt Ltd. invites a customer-support specialist to assist clients with ERP Accounts modules from Kolkata. The role requires handling inquiries in Hindi and Bengali via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings, and guiding users through accounting features of the ERP.

You will train users, onboard new customers, and coordinate with the development team for fixes, while documenting issues and ensuring timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and Bengali preferred
• Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory
• Bengali-speaking candidates will be preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn ERP software and logistics processes
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Experience in customer support or ERP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, email and online meetings
• Assist customers in using accounting features of the ERP
• Understand queries related to Sales, Purchase, Invoices, Payments and Ledger
• Coordinate with tech/development teams for software changes
• Follow up with customers until issues are resolved
• Conduct online demonstrations/training for customers
• Assist in onboarding and implementation
• Document customer issues and maintain follow-up
• Map logistics/freight-forwarding processes to the ERP
• Support customers in Hindi and/or Bengali

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, provide application support and assist them in using the Accounts modules of the ERP sofware.

The role will involve:

• Providing customer support through phone, WhatsApp, email and online meetings
• Supporting customers in using accounting-related features of the ERP
• Understanding customer queries related to:
  • Sales & Purchase
  • Receivables & Payables
  • Invoices
  • Payments & Receipts
  • Ledger
  • Trial Balance
  • Profit & Loss
  • Balance Sheet
  • Credit/Debit Notes
  • GST-related accounting concepts
• Helping customers understand and correctly use the ERP application
• Coordinating with the technical/development team when an issue requires software changes
• Following up with customers until issues are resolved
• Conducting online demonstrations/training for customers
• Assisting in customer onboarding and implementation
• Documenting customer issues and maintaining proper follow-up
• Understanding logistics/freight-forwarding business processes and mapping them to the ERP
• Supporting customers primarily in Hindi and/or Bengali

Preferred candidate profile
