Job summary

AMS Human Resources in Bengaluru seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage customer receipt accounting and payments, reconcile accounts, and generate statements. This role collaborates with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities include handling foreign payment declarations, drafting proforma and service invoices, and supporting day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer receipt accounting and accurately record customer payments.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate customer account statements and outstanding statements.
• Track and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
• Create Scrap Invoices and Service Invoices.
• Prepare and process Proforma Invoices.
• Handle activities related to foreign payment declarations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of customer transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding payment and accounting-related queries.
• Support day-to-day Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations.
