Job summary

Dentsu in Bengaluru is seeking a Manager - Account Management with strong mainline advertising experience to manage key client accounts and drive end-to-end campaign execution.

You will lead 360° campaigns across TV, print, OOH, radio, cinema and digital, collaborating with Creative and Strategy teams, presenting concepts and budgets, and mentoring junior staff. This role demands excellent client servicing, communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management within a mainline advertising agency.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and present campaigns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Excellent client servicing, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong creative thinking, business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and stakeholders effectively.
