Job summary

7 Gadgets Store in Surat is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage Amazon.in and Flipkart operations from listing to sales growth.

The candidate should optimize listings, monitor performance metrics, and run ads to boost visibility and revenue. 1–3 years' experience with strong Excel/Sheets skills and data-driven decision making are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon.in & Flipkart marketplace management.
• Proven understanding of e-commerce sales and marketplace growth.
• Practical experience with Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads.
• Good understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and ad performance.
• Experience in product listing, catalog management and SEO.
• Ability to analyze sales and advertising data.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of competitors, pricing and marketplace trends.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete Amazon.in & Flipkart marketplace operations
• Create, update and optimize product listings
• Manage single & bulk product listings
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and images
• Conduct basic keyword and competitor research
• Plan and execute Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads
• Manage individual product advertising campaigns and optimize them based on performance
• Monitor sales, orders, conversion rate, traffic, ad spend and ROI/ROAS
• Identify reasons for low sales and take corrective actions
• Improve product visibility, ranking and conversion
• Monitor competitors, pricing, offers and market trends
• Manage product pricing, inventory, stock availability and offers
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, catalog issues and other marketplace problems
• Coordinate promotions and offers to increase sales
• Track daily/weekly marketplace performance and prepare reports
• Suggest new strategies to increase revenue and product sales
• Maintain and improve overall Amazon & Flipkart account performance

We are not looking for someone who only knows product listing. The candidate should understand how to increase product visibility, generate sales, manage marketplace ads and improve overall marketplace performance.
