Job description

We are looking for a careful and experienced Account Manager who will handle all financial and accounting work. The person will keep accurate financial records, make sure the company follows tax rules on all government websites, manage internal audits, and take care of all accounting tasks related to our sales and distribution. This job is very important for keeping the company's finances healthy and running smoothly.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of dedicated experience as an Accountant or Account Manager.
• Software Proficiency: Mandatory expertise in Tally.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and internal control procedures.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for the following core areas:

• Managing the complete cycle of accounts, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
• Handling all transactions related to sales, distribution, inventory, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Bank reconciliation and managing petty cash operations.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial data recorded in Tally.

Taxation and Compliance Management

• Complete responsibility for handling all transactions and filings on all relevant government Tax portals (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Ensuring timely and accurate calculation and payment of statutory dues.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring the company remains fully compliant.

Internal Controls and Auditing

• Conducting regular internal auditing of all financial processes, transactions, and records to ensure adherence to company policies and standard accounting procedures.
• Implementing and monitoring strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.
• Coordinating and assisting with external audits as required.

Sales and Distribution Accounting

• Monitoring and reconciling accounts specific to the sales and distribution network.
• Processing and reconciling distributor claims, incentives, and ensuring accurate commission calculations.
• Providing financial support and analysis related to sales performance and inventory movement.

Attractive salary and other benefits offered to the right candidates with a minimum starting salary of ₹35,000/-.
