Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and posting of sales bills, purchase bills, vouchers, journal entries, and expense sheets.
• Stock reconciliation, stock master management, and inventory records.
• Filing of GST returns, TDS, ESIC, LWF, and handling statutory compliances.
• Generation and management of E-way bills and E-invoices.
• Recording and reconciliation of bank entries, ensuring opening and closing balance matching.
• Utility bill payments and other vendor settlements.
• Monthly and annual financial reporting & MIS preparation.
• Assisting in internal and external audits with proper documentation.
