Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management process at our Navi Mumbai location.

You will oversee operations, drive A/R collections, and monitor KPIs to ensure quality and adherence to SLAs. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and data-driven decision making to optimize performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) required.
• Proven expertise in Accounts Receivable (A/R) collections.
• Strong operational and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong client management and communication abilities.
• Experience driving process improvements and achieving targets.
