Job summary

Fidelity Healthcare Receivables Management Private in Gurgaon seeks a seasoned professional to manage US healthcare client relationships and drive revenue cycle management initiatives. The role requires coordinating with AR, Billing and Operations teams to resolve issues and ensure high client satisfaction.

You will engage clients across email, phone, and virtual platforms, applying RCM expertise and proactive problem-solving to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare RCM.
• Proven ability to coordinate with AR, Billing and Operations teams.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, client workflows, and business objectives.


• Identify client challenges, proactively recommend solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.


• Work closely to provide support and account management to resolve client issues effectively.


• Coordinate effectively with internal AR, Billing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client service.


• Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and the AR/Billing team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.


• Utilize various communication channels, including email, phone, live chat, and virtual meeting platforms, to engage with clients.
  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Claims Processing, or Health Insurance Operations.


• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is preferred.
