• Oversee processes like Patient Registration, Eligibility & Benefits, Prior Authorization, Billing, AR, Denials, and Collections.
• Develop and execute strategies for process improvement and business growth.
• Manage client relationships, governance, escalations, and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps and implement RCA, CAPA, automation, and ongoing improvement.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – RCM to lead end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure delivery, quality, productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations across AR and Non-AR functions.
• Manage large-scale operations with multiple teams, processes, and client accounts.
• Drive productivity, quality, SLA, KPI, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Oversee functions including Patient Registration, Eligibility & Benefits, Prior Authorization, Charge Entry, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, AR, Denials, Appeals, and Collections.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for process improvement and business growth.
• Manage client relationships, governance calls, escalations, and performance reviews.
• Identify process gaps and implement RCA, CAPA, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with US Healthcare regulations, HIPAA, payer guidelines, and client requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Training, Quality, HR, IT, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, operational reviews, and business performance reports to senior leadership.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong experience in end-to-end operations.
• Proven experience managing large teams / 150+ FTEs.
• Strong expertise in AR and Hospital/Physician Billing operations.
• Experience handling multiple processes and client accounts.
• Strong understanding of P&L, SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational metrics.
• Excellent leadership, client management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

Preferred

• Experience in US Healthcare BPO / RCM organizations.
• Exposure to process transitions, automation, digital transformation, and new client implementations.
• Strong experience in managing senior leadership and client stakeholders.
