Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure the smooth delivery of creative and digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication, meetings and relationships.
• Understand client requirements and prepare clear, detailed briefs.
• Coordinate with Content, Design, Video Editing and Digital/Performance Marketing teams.
• Communicate client feedback and ensure revisions are completed accurately.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals and deadlines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets client expectations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in a creative or digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of social media, advertising and digital marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or ClickUp is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
