Mysore Deep Perfumery House in Indore is seeking an Account Manager to lead accounting operations, GST/TDS compliance, and financial closing at the head office. The incumbent will coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or FMCG, with B.Com/M.Com and CA/CA Intermediate preferred.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Accounts & Finance function of a manufacturing unit or FMCG company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Practical working knowledge of GST, TDS, book closing, and tax audits.
• Experience in coordinating with external tax consultants and auditors.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and Customs-related documentation and compliance.
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet statutory deadlines.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and accounting operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, taxation, and financial closing activities at our Head Office in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and relevant experience in a manufacturing unit or FMCG organization, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external tax consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Handle GST and TDS compliance, including return preparation, filing, reconciliations, and timely payments.

Educational Qualification
