Job summary

Locksworth Infrastructure Limited in Delhi, India is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions. The role involves maintaining books, ledgers, journal entries, receivables and payables, and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements and MIS reports.

You will monitor AR/AP, perform reconciliations, ensure GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, receivables and payables.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely follow-up for outstanding payments.
• Manage bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and customer reconciliation.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Consultants and other professional advisors.
• Assist in preparation of budgets, cash-flow statements and financial forecasts.
• Monitor project-wise expenses, costs and accounting for construction/infrastructure projects.
• Review invoices, bills, payment documents and supporting records for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit and due-diligence requirements.
• Assist the CFO/Finance Head in financial analysis and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Company policies and internal controls.
• Support the finance team in matters relating to IPO/DRHP due diligence, wherever required.
