• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Monitor and maintain general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Handle taxation matters including GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (MIS)
• Supervise payroll processing and expense management
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure audit readiness
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Lead and guide the accounts team for efficient performance
