Job summary

Indosculp Autocomp Pvt. Ltd. in MIDC, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day Accounts & Finance activities at our manufacturing plant.

You will manage ledgers, MIS, GST compliance, banking, costing, and audits, coordinating with Purchase, Production, Sales, and HR to ensure financial control.

The ideal candidate has B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance with SAP/ERP and MS Excel proficiency, and proven leadership of an accounts team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts & Finance within manufacturing is essential.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, auditing, costing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP and MS Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections and vendor payments.
• Monitor bank reconciliation, cash flow, working capital and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax and cost audits.
• Support product costing, cost control, inventory and fixed asset accounting.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, PPC, Sales and HR for finance-related activities.
• Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of inventory and financial transactions.
• Handle SAP/ERP accounting activities and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal financial controls.
• Lead and supervise the Accounts team.

Job Description

Candidate Profile

• 712 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, especially Automotive, Engineering, Gearbox, Transmission, or Industrial Products.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounting, MIS, Audit, Costing, AP/AR, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
