Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking a CA-qualified finance leader with manufacturing industry exposure to oversee accounting operations, statutory audits, and finalization of accounts per IND AS.

The role drives consolidation, HO reporting, SAP S/4 HANA accuracy, and GAAP compliance; you will mentor plant and corporate teams and deliver timely management reports. You will lead automation initiatives and provide precise financial data to senior management.

Qualifications

• CA-qualified professional with experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Exposure to statutory audit and management reporting.
• Proficient in consolidations and financial closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL.
• Finalize accounts as per IND AS and prepare financial statements.
• Handle statutory audits and management reports for the manufacturing entity.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and HO reporting.
• Ensure GAAP/IND AS compliance and oversee plant and corporate teams.
• Provide accurate data and support automation initiatives at HO level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger.
• Finalization of Accounts as per IND AS.
• Preparation of Financial Statements and Management Reports.
• Handle Statutory Audit and Limited Reviews for Listed Manufacturing Entity.
• Manage Month-end and Year-end Closing Process.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IND AS, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and guide Plant Accounts Team and Corporate Accounts Team.
• Handle Head Office (HO) Reporting and Financial Consolidation.
• Well versed with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience in Core Manufacturing Industry.
• Good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
• Review and consolidation of reports from Plant Team including AR, AP, Costing, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and support automation initiatives at HO level.
• Provide accurate financial data and reports to Senior Management.
