• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, HR and Production for budgeting and ERP improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations (Core Focus)

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
• Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Supervise Accounts Executives and maintain financial accuracy.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

2. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain statutory records and financial documentation.

3. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing.

4. Business Support

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, HR, and Production teams.
• Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements.
