Incuspaze Solutions in Gurugram is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to manage GST and TDS compliance, ledger scrutiny, and audit coordination. You will ensure accuracy and timely closure of financial activities in a fast-paced corporate setting.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, accounting principles, and statutory deadlines, with hands-on experience in Tally or SAP.

Qualifications

• B.Com degree or CA qualification (semi-qualified acceptable).
• 47 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with GST and TDS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and input tax credit verification.
• Handle TDS calculations, timely deposits, return filings, reconciliation, and issuance of TDS certificates.
• Conduct general ledger scrutiny, vendor reconciliations, and review of expenses, provisions, and accruals.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and support monthly and annual financial closures.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, prepare audit schedules, and resolve audit queries.
• Handle GST and TDS notices, assessments, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, strengthen internal financial controls, and improve accounting and taxation processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, financial reporting, and accounting practices, along with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of financial activities.

Working Conditions:

• Work Schedule: 5.5 days a week
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
