Job summary

Parle Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Vasai to manage daily accounting, bank reconciliation, and finalization support.

The role requires strong Tally and advanced Excel skills with exposure to exports/imports, LC documentation, and compliance tasks. You will handle invoice booking, e-invoicing for commissions, rent and services, and process travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in agency trading, manufacturing, or service industries.
• Strong proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of AI-modules for accounting automation preferred.
• Exposure to exports, imports, LC documentation, and compliance processes.
• Experience in a reputed CA firm will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting routines including DBS preparation, bank reconciliation, and suspense account clearance.
• Invoice booking (Admin, Purchase, Sales – Domestic & Export) with proper TDS effect in Tally.
• Preparation of e‑invoices for commission, rent, and service income.
• Travelling voucher entries and CMS file preparation for employee reimbursements.
• Weekly foreign payments processing via HFDC Bank Enet portal.
• Monthly MIS reporting including Debtors MIS, Sales MIS, and Banking MIS (CIF/FOB/FCY spending).
• GLA entries and reconciliation on a weekly basis.
• Compliance support including TAS, Income Tax, LC documentation, and IPO/Pre‑IPO related work.
• Balance sheet, P&L, and finalization support.
