Job summary

Parle Global Technologies in India seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage daily routines, prepare invoices, and support balance sheet finalization. Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel is expected, along with exposure to exports/imports and LC documentation.

The role involves MIS reporting, bank reconciliations, and compliance tasks, with 4–6 years of relevant experience in industrial or service sectors. This is an on-site position based in Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Commerce background with relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in agency trading, manufacturing, or service industries is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting routines including DBS preparation, bank reconciliation, and suspense account clearance.
• Invoice booking (Admin, Purchase, Sales Domestic & Export) with proper TDS effect in Tally.
• Preparation of einvoices for commission, rent, and service income.
• Travelling voucher entries and CMS file preparation for employee reimbursements.
• Weekly foreign payments processing via HFDC Bank Enet portal.
• Monthly MIS reporting including Debtors MIS, Sales MIS, and Banking MIS(CIF/FOB/FCY spending).
• GLA entries and reconciliation on a weekly basis.
• Compliance support including TAS, Income Tax, LC documentation, and IPO/PreIPO related work.
• Balance sheet, P&L, and finalization support.
