Responsibilities

• Guide and resolve operational queries from the sales team regarding consumer financing schemes within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Perform MIS reconciliations comparing launched schemes against actual financier claims to identify variances.
• Identify and implement automation ideas to reduce manual tasks and prevent leakage in processes.
• Design, generate, and automate recurring reports and dashboards to share metrics across branches.
• Process PO creation based on business requests and manage vendor code creation per SOPs.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Executive – Commercial Finance with at least 3 years of experience in sales query management, scheme reconciliations, and understanding about commercial finance. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the finance team and the sales team, ensuring smooth consumer financing operations while identifying process gaps to prevent leakages, automate reporting, and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Issue Resolution: Guide and resolve operational queries from the sales team regarding consumer financing schemes within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Maintain an active listening approach to understand field challenges and guide/ resolve them within TAT .
• Reconciliation & MIS Management: Perform regular MIS reconciliations comparing launched consumer finance schemes against actual claims submitted by financiers to identify and address variances.
• Process Control & Automation: Proactively identify and implement automation ideas to reduce manual efforts in routine tasks. Formulate strategies to eliminate process leakages and prevent any misuse of the consumer finance facility.
• Reporting & Dashboarding: Design, generate, and automate recurring reports and interactive dashboards to distribute key performance and operational metrics across all branch locations.
• Vendor & Purchase Order Management: Process Purchase Order (PO) creation based on business requests and manage vendor code creation strictly adhering to company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Experience: 3+ years of total experience in commercial operations or sales query handling roles,.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (lookup functions, complex formulas, pivot tables, data automation).
  • Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Tableau for visual reporting and dashboarding will be a strong advantage.
• Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of commercial finance/ sales process, consumer financing schemes and vendor workflows.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical mind, problem-solving approach, proactive work ethic, and customer‑centric communication skills.
