Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via phone and email.
• Process and record purchase entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare and manage debit notes and credit notes with relevant departments.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to senior finance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing issues.
