Job summary

RFL Insurance Broking Private Limited is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities from Goregaon East, Mumbai. The role requires 3–6 years of experience, preferably in a CA firm, and qualifying credentials such as CA Inter or Semi-Qualified CA, or M.Com/B.Com.

Compensation is ₹30,000–₹38,000 per month, with a full-time, on-site work arrangement. You will manage invoicing, GST filings, inter-entity reconciliations, and assist with audits and statutory

Qualifications

• CA firm or multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with TallyPrime, GST Portal, TRACES, MCA Portal and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Bookkeeping: manage day-to-day accounts in TallyPrime across group entities.
• Taxation & Compliance: handle monthly GST filings with GSTR-2B reconciliations, TDS, TRACES.
• Billing & Banking: raise invoices, perform bank reconciliations, track vendor payments.
• Audit & Finalisation: prepare books for year-end closure, support statutory audits, ROC/IT submissions.
• Compliance Management: maintain a strict statutory calendar to meet all deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounts in TallyPrime (sales, purchases, bank, journal) across a group of entities (operating private limited companies, an insurance broking firm, an HUF, and an LLP).
• Taxation & Compliance: Independently handle monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with GSTR-2B reconciliations, TDS calculations, TRACES filings, Form 16A generation, and 26AS/AIS matching.
• Billing & Banking: Raise client invoices (including brokerage billing), execute bank reconciliations, monitor vendor payments, and track loan accounts.
• Audit & Finalisation: Prepare books for annual closure, support statutory audits, reconcile inter-company balances, and compile data for ROC/Income Tax/IRDAI submissions.
• Compliance Management: Maintain a disciplined statutory calendar to ensure zero deadline lapses across all entities.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of robust accounting experience, ideally rooted in a CA firm or multi-entity setup.
• High proficiency in TallyPrime, GST Portal, TRACES, MCA Portal, and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation models).
• Experience with bank statement import/connected banking or modern AI accounting workflows is an added advantage.
• Prior exposure to insurance broking or financial services accounts is a strong plus.
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and the ability to work independently.
