Job summary

Lakn Design Technologies Gurugram is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily entries, ledgers, and statutory filings. You will handle AP/AR, prepare P&L and balance sheets, and ensure GST/TDS/PF/ESI compliance with timely filings.

Ideal candidates have a B.Com or related degree, hands-on with Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with multi-entity or startup environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance required.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software: Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks or ERP.
• Payroll processing knowledge and PF/ESI understanding is expected.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• File GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings on time.
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payroll accounting and salary-related entries.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Good understanding of PF, ESI, payroll processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in handling multi-entity accounts or startup environment is a plus.
