Job summary

Resolve Biotech Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks an Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Goregaon East. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on experience in core accounting functions, including taxation and reconciliations.

The candidate will perform TDS reconciliation, GST returns filings, ledger and bank reconciliations, and support monthly closing processes. Proficiency in Tally and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws including TDS, GST, PT.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform TDS reconciliation and ensure timely filing and compliance.
• Calculate and manage TDS deductions and payments accurately.
• Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.
• Handle bank reconciliation to ensure accurate cash flow and account balances.
• File and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Manage Professional Tax (PT) compliances including PTRC and PTEC filings.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Assist in audit preparation and respond to financial inquiries.
• Perform Ledger Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Operation- Pay in payout of shares.
