Job summary

Zorko Technologies in Jaipur is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support reporting and compliance. You will work closely with management and external stakeholders to ensure accurate books and timely GST/TDS filings.

The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles, proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel, and good communication in Hindi and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level commerce degree required (B.Com, BBA, or M.Com).
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills; good communication in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, invoices, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, expense reports, and payment records.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, management, and the company's Chartered Accountant.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• - Graduate in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or a related discipline.

• - Strong analytical, numerical, and organisational skills.
• - Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• - Experience in GST filing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• - Familiarity with Tally Prime and accounting processes.
• - Prior experience in a technology, infrastructure, or services company will be an advantage.
