We are currently hiring for the below mentioned position to be based in Chennai.

Accounts Executive - Location Chennai, India

Job Description:

• a) Recording of Supplier Invoices and accounts
• b) Processing of Payment Applications
• c) Making Bank entries and bank reconciliation
• d) Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• e) Maintaining records - Filing of Invoices, statements and Reconciliation's
• f) Processing payment to employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay Cheque's
• g) Preparing ageing reports
• h) You will be assigned UAE based client.
• i) Maintain key personnel details and working relationship with personnel from Accounts & Finance in client company, which will help in follow-up and better recovery.
• j) Follow up with Customers for payments/Divisions & clear discrepancies in Invoices.
• k) Control the Overdue balance from Customers.
• l) Arrange for collection of Payment through Debt Collectors/Couriers
• m) Customer Accounts Reconciliation & Balance confirmation.
• n) Follow up for LC from Customers and arrange amendment of LC if required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate with experience of 1- 5 yrs
• Good communication, Accounting & Excel knowledge.
