Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in commerce required.
• Experience with GST compliance and import/export processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Import Transactions: duty booking and accounting in SAP; bank-related document submission.
• Job Work Compliance: prepare Form ITC:04 and Job Work E-way bills using Excel.
• GST Compliance: file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, GSTR-9; reconcile input tax credit and invoices.
• Exports: lodge export details with banks and coordinate for realization; support export incentives compliance.

Responsibilities

• Import Transactions: Duty booking and accounting in SAP; Preparation and submission of import-related documents to the bank.
• Job Work Compliance: Preparation of Form ITC:04 working in Excel; Preparation and filing of Job Work E-way bills.
• GST Compliance: Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-9; Reconciliation of input tax credit and vendor invoices; Ensuring timely and accurate statutory compliance.
• Exports: Lodgement of export details with Bank and coordinating for realization; Documentation support for export incentives / statutory compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of GST laws, import & export compliance.
• Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/MM module).
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to prepare reports.
