Job summary

Eltex Super Castings (Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Limited ) invites an Accounts Executive to manage GST and TDS compliance and SAP-based accounting for our manufacturing unit in Tamil Nadu. You will handle day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate posting in SAP FI/CO, and maintain compliance calendars.

Qualifications

• GST filing and compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9/9C.
• TDS compliance, 24Q/26Q returns, and Form 16/16A issuance.
• SAP-based accounting (FI/CO) with end-to-end transaction recording.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end GST compliance GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C filing, reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B, and input tax credit management
• Manage TDS compliance — deduction, timely deposit, quarterly return filing (24Q/26Q), and issuance of Form 16/16A
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate day-to-day transaction recording in SAP (FI/CO modules)
• Perform vendor and customer reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals
• Support statutory and internal audits with required documentation and schedules
• Prepare MIS reports, tax computation summaries, and compliance trackers
• Coordinate with consultants/auditors for GST, TDS, and Income Tax assessments
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, ESI as applicable) and maintain compliance calendars
• Support cost accounting and inventory-related accounting specific to manufacturing operations
