Job summary

Styleiin India is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance at our Delhi location. The role includes GST returns, TDS filings, and ISD management, along with asset tracking and inventory control.

You will also handle branch accounting and imports/exports processes while preparing regular MIS reports for management review. Qualifications include a B.Com and hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Commerce Graduate (B.Com).
• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software & MS Excel (MIS reporting).
• ISD return filing, taxation compliance, branch accounting, and ledger reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Handle daily cash voucher entries, bank voucher entries, sales bills, purchase bills, RCM bills, and service bills.
• Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Perform routine bank reconciliations, vendor/party ledger reconciliations, and monthly purchase reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
• Taxation & Compliance: Prepare working data and filings for GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9C); file TDS returns; handle ISD working and return filing.
• Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain the Fixed Assets Register, handle stock transfers to inter-unit branches, issue debit/credit notes.
• Logistics Compliance: Generate and issue E-way bills for shipments.
• Branch & International Accounting: Manage branch accounting activities and oversee accounting processes related to Imports and Exports.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

  • Prepare working data and complete filings for GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9C).
  • Prepare and file TDS returns.
  • Handle ISD (Input Service Distributor) working and return filing.
• Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain the Fixed Assets Register, handle stock transfers to inter-unit branches, and issue debit/credit notes.
• Logistics Compliance: Generate and issue E-way bills for shipments.
• Branch & International Accounting: Manage branch accounting activities and oversee accounting processes related to Imports and Exports.
