Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Indore invites an experienced finance professional to join as Accountant.

You will maintain financial records, ensure proper books of accounts, and support investment accounting with thorough documentation. The role involves payroll checks, tax computations, GST/TDS reconciliations, bank and vendor reconciliations, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.

Responsibilities

• Record Maintenance
• Maintaining proper books of accounts
• Investment accounting along with its proper documentation
• Payroll checking and its tax working
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure payables and receivables are functioning as per the set protocols and identify the improvement areas.
• Reconciliation
• Bank, Vendors and customer’s ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation
• Investment accounting and closing
• Financial and other Reporting:
• Balance sheets and profit/loss accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS
• Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax
• Prepaid schedule
• Auditing
• Coordination with internal and external auditors to provide requirements
• Compliance:
• Tax compliances including direct tax, TDS, TCS, GST and RERA
• Compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
• Soft Skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong ethics to handle sensitive financial information honestly
• Communication and presentation abilities
