Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad is seeking an Access Governance Analyst to manage IAM, access reviews, and GRC processes across enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC, SailPoint IIQ, AD, Azure/AWS/GCP IAM, and audit support, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant IT/IAM/GRC experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and track quarterly, bi-annual, and annual access reviews.
• Validate access, track remediation, ownership changes, exceptions, and closure.
• Maintain compliance records in ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, and related tools.
• Collect and validate audit evidence and support SOC 2/compliance audits.
• Monitor compliance metrics, risks, exceptions, and control gaps.
• Coordinate with IAM, GRC, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
• Support EOL/EOS compliance tracking and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau/Excel.
