Job summary

NB Healthcare Technologies in Hyderabad seeks an IAM specialist to manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments and implement entitlement management, PIM, access reviews, and conditional access. You will automate JML processes and develop PowerShell automation for provisioning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
• Hands-on in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Experience with Entitlement Management, Access Packages, Catalogs, PIM, Access Reviews.
• Proficiency in Conditional Access & RBAC implementation.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell for provisioning and automation.
• Knowledge of Azure administration and security best practices.
• Experience with HRIS integrations (UKG HRIS).
• IAM automation and governance across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Familiarity with Intune and Defender for Endpoint.
• Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53, HITRUST controls.

Responsibilities

• Automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Develop PowerShell-based automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and reporting.
• Manage Azure RBAC, subscriptions, resource groups, and access governance.
• Identify and remediate orphaned accounts and excessive permissions.
• Support audit and compliance activities through documentation and evidence collection.
• Create IAM policies, SOPs, process documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and DevOps teams to strengthen IAM controls.
