Job summary

GXO Logistics in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented User Access Review (UAR) & Access Governance Analyst to support access management, regulatory compliance, and audit activities. The role focuses on managing reviews, deprovisioning, and using governance tools to maintain a secure environment.

You will coordinate UARs, assist with duties reviews, create dashboards, and engage stakeholders across IT, security, and vendors.

Qualifications

The role is responsible for managing user access reviews, ensuring timely deprovisioning, supporting compliance requirements, and leveraging access governance tools to maintain a secure and compliant access environment.

Key responsibilities

User Access Reviews & Identity Governance

• Coordinate periodic user access reviews (UARs).
• Assist with segregation of duties and least-privilege reviews.
• Assist in preparing responses to auditor inquiries.

Reporting & Metrics

• Develop compliance dashboards and management reports.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Confidently engages with business units, IT teams, information security teams, and third-party vendors to coordinate and support key initiatives.
• Facilitate evidence requests and follow-up activities.
• Communicate compliance requirements in a professional and collaborative manner.

Education & Certifications required:

• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Very strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint, including the ability to manage large datasets, reporting, compliance tracking, and evidence repositories.
• Experience in User Access Reviews (UAR), Identity and Access Management (IAM), or Access Governance.
• Working knowledge of SOX, SOC 1, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with access governance tools such as VEZA.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GRC platforms and compliance management tools.
• Experience supporting regulated environments and customer compliance assessments.
• Understanding of user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Knowledge of information security and access control best practices.
• Relevant certifications in IAM, IT Security, or Compliance are a plus.
