Job summary

Zinnov Management Consulting in Bengaluru is hiring a Professional, Access Governance to support a Global MedTech client. This role is part of the new India GCC focused on enterprise technology, digital transformation and patient‑care solutions.

You will administer IGA processes, configure platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, Okta), develop RBAC, and drive entropy‑reducing governance across HR and IT systems while assisting audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting IAM and/or IGA processes (provisioning, access requests, access certification, role governance, entitlement management).
• Knowledge of enterprise IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, Okta Identity Governance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, access requests, approvals, entitlement governance, access reviews, and recertification campaigns.
• Configure and support IAM/IGA platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, Okta Identity Governance, or equivalent.
• Develop and maintain RBAC and SoD policies; integrate workflows with HR and IT systems.
• Monitor access certification, policy violations, and remediation aging via dashboards and metrics.
• Support audits with evidence collection, documentation, and remediation follow‑up.

This role is part of the companys establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

How you'll make an impact

• Administer IGA processes covering joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, access requests, approvals, entitlement governance, access reviews, and periodic recertification campaigns.
• Configure and support enterprise IGA platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityIQ, Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Okta Identity Governance, or equivalent.
• Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement models, role governance, least-privilege controls, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) policies.
• Integrate IGA workflows with authoritative sources and target systems using connectors, SCIM, REST APIs, Active Directory / Entra ID, HR platforms, and ServiceNow or comparable request workflows.
• Monitor access certification completion, policy violations, orphaned accounts, excessive privileges, and remediation aging through dashboards and control metrics.
• Partner with application owners, IAM engineering, HR, Procurement, and business teams to improve access governance coverage and resolve entitlement or provisioning issues.
• Support privileged access governance by coordinating with PAM technologies such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or equivalent where elevated access requires additional controls.
• Support internal and external audits through evidence collection, control validation, documentation, exception tracking, and remediation follow‑up.
• Identify opportunities to automate access governance using workflow orchestration, APIs, PowerShell/Python, and identity analytics while preserving traceability and control effectiveness.

What you'll bring

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of Hands‑on experience supporting IAM and/or IGA processes such as provisioning, access requests, access certification, role governance, and entitlement management.
• Working knowledge of at least one enterprise IGA platform such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Okta Identity Governance, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, RBAC, least privilege, SoD, authentication, authorization, and audit/control requirements.
• Experience with enterprise identity directories and integrations such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, SCIM, REST APIs, or HR/application connectors.
• Ability to analyze access data, identify inappropriate or conflicting entitlements, and coordinate timely remediation with business and technology owners.
• Understanding of identity governance metrics, access‑review evidence, audit readiness, and cybersecurity risk management.
• Strong analytical, process‑improvement, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills in a global or regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Preferred:

• Exposure to PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust and to ServiceNow identity/access workflows.
• Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, or other access‑control and compliance frameworks.
• IAM/IGA, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity, CISA, Security+, CISSP, or related certifications.
