Job summary

SB Global Educational Resources Pvt Ltd invites applications for Counsellor- CSR Skill Development Project (local candidates preferred). The role involves guiding students through career counselling, managing admissions, and ensuring data integrity.

You will implement outreach, assist during registration, maintain center reports, and support the center head with other duties as needed. Strong communication in English and a regional language is required.

Qualifications

• Total work experience: 1-2 years (Preferred).
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and a regional language.
• Team-oriented, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through career counselling and generate walk-ins to meet enrollment targets.
• Scrutinize documents and admit only eligible candidates.
• Maintain complete and accurate admission records.
• Implement outreach strategies to raise awareness about courses.
• Provide continuous support to enrolled trainees with registration.
• Create accurate center reports adhering to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the center head.

Responsibilities:

• Guide students through career counselling, identifying suitable prospects through database calling and proactively generating valid walk-ins to meet enrollment targets.
• Facilitate the enrollment process by thoroughly scrutinizing documents and ensuring only eligible candidates are admitted, contributing to overall admission quality.
• Maintain complete and accurate admission records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Implement outreach strategies to effectively raise awareness about available courses and attract potential trainees.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to enrolled trainees, assisting them with registration and addressing their needs to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Create accurate center reports, adhering to established standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the center head to support operational needs.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Experience total work: 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field (Preferred).
• Technical: Proficiency in basic M.S Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional: Effective communication and persuasive skills both written and verbal in English and Regional Language.
• Team Work: Problem solver, proactive and team-spirited with the ability to fulfil multiple demands in a timely manner.
