Great Learning is seeking a Learning Consultant to guide professionals and students toward premium certification programs and degree tracks. You will counsel learners, map their goals to suitable programs, and drive enrollments with a consultative approach.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with internal teams and managing a proactive enrollment journey from discovery to completion. Strong communication, tech awareness, and resilience in a target-driven environment are essential.

As a Learning Consultant/Senior Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for drivingenrollments for our high-end, premium professional certification and degree programs (includingadvanced programs in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Business Analytics inpartnership with top global universities like IIT Bombay and Johns Hopkins University). You willact as a trusted advisor to working professionals and students, helping them choose the rightcareer path and educational programs to accelerate their careers.

What you will do:

• Consultative Sales: Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals andprovide personalized program recommendations that bridge the gap between their current skills and aspirations.
• End-to-End Funnel Management: Own the entire sales journey, including lead qualification,career counseling, objection handling, and driving enrollments.
• Strategic Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenuetargets while delivering a superior customer experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience fornew learners.

Job Details

Location: Gurgaon and Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (6 Days a Week)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
