Job summary

AAFT is seeking a Sales Counsellor to guide prospective clients and convert inquiries into enrollments. You will understand needs, explain courses, and drive sales through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and a target-driven mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and manage follow-ups. MBA/Marketing/Education background preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing/Education preferred.
• Experience in sales, counselling, or customer support is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective customers/students via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/courses/services.
• Convert leads into sales/enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and interactions in CRM.
• Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/students.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, or seminars if required.
