Job summary

PrepMed is seeking an Academic Coordinator to oversee NEET curriculum management, faculty coordination, and student support. The role requires 1–2 years experience; freshers with strong communication and technical knowledge may apply. In-person work at Hazra More, Kolkata, with a 11am–8pm schedule and Tuesday off.

You will plan events, monitor student progress, organize doubt-clearing sessions, and ensure quality through regular assessments and feedback to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills may apply.
• Role requires coordination and planning abilities for curriculum and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain the NEET curriculum in alignment with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.
• Manage teaching staff. Schedule and organize faculty meetings and training sessions.
• Provide support and resources to faculty members to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
• Monitor student progress and performance. Address queries related to academics.
• Organize doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and review classes; collect feedback from students.
• Arrange Regular Parents Teachers Meetings and handle grievances of students and parents.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures for teaching and learning processes.
• Plan and execute academic events, workshops, and seminars. Collaborate with external experts.

Position - Academic Coordinator

Salary - 12000 to 20000 per month

Location - Hazra More, Kolkata

Week off - Tuesday

Working Hours - 11am to 8pm

Age Limit - Upto 33 years

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Management:

• Develop, update, and maintain the NEET curriculum in alignment with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.
• Ensure the timely availability of study materials and resources for students.

Faculty Coordination:

• Manage teaching staff.
• Schedule and organize faculty meetings and training sessions.
• Provide support and resources to faculty members to enhance their teaching effectiveness.

Student Support:

• Monitor student progress and performance.
• Address student queries and concerns related to academics.
• Organize doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and review classes.
• Take regular feedbacks from students through calls.
• Arranging Regular Parents Teachers Meeting.
• Handle grievances of Students and Parents.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and oversee quality control measures for teaching and learning processes.
• Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

Event Coordination:

• Plan and execute academic events, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with external experts and guest speakers for special sessions.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
• Prepare and present academic reports to management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
