Job summary

Little Millennium Education Pvt Ltd is seeking a field trainer to oversee curriculum implementation, center visits, and quality standards across the assigned territory. You will engage with center teams to ensure curriculum fidelity and operational excellence.

You will mentor teachers and CLOs, conduct academic audits, and support parents and staff through orientation programs, travelling about 15 days a month to cover centers in the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent command over English.
• Familiar with the preschool industry.
• Preschool franchising knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for 15 days a month.
• Well-versed with early childhood curriculum.
