Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of all academic batches on a daily basis.
• Allocate students to batches as per batch mode (Weekday / Weekend).
• Manage operational activities and the day-to-day academic lifecycle of the institute.
• Coordinate with faculty regarding batch schedules, lectures, and academic planning.
• Handle classroom arrangements, infrastructure coordination, and technical support.
• Coordinate with students and manage their complete academic journey.
• Address student queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain proper communication between students, trainers, and management.
• Demonstrate problem-solving approaches while handling operational challenges.

The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the educational experience of students. This role involves coordinating curriculum delivery, supporting instructors, and ensuring academic schedules and resources align with institutional standards.

The Academic Coordinator acts as a bridge between faculty, students, and administration to address student concerns and maintain a productive learning environment. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are essential to effectively manage academic operations and foster a positive atmosphere for students and staff.
