Job summary

Little Millennium School seeks a Regional Manager Academics & Support to oversee academic quality and operational support across its pre-schools in the region. You will lead curriculum implementation, guide staff on teaching best practices, and ensure standards are consistently met.

The role requires frequent regional travel, data-driven performance reviews, and collaboration with central teams to roll out new academic initiatives.

• Strong background in Educational management with experience overseeing multiple centres or schools
• Proficiency in implementing and monitoring academic programs
• Strong analytical skills to review academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvement.
• Experience in pre-school or K-5 academic coordination, training, or school administration is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in team handling and people management
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
