Job summary

Anjali Foundation is seeking an administrator to oversee training across courses and ensure high learner satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with trainers, faculty, students, parents and industry partners to place students with suitable salary bands.

The candidate will implement and upgrade processes, ensure compliance across internal and external standards, and manage MIS reporting for all departments. Expect regular liaison with stakeholders and ongoing program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training is imparted for all courses to achieve NPS>9 and other relevant parameters
• Place students in Good quality companies with salary bands as decided from time to time
• Adere to, Implement and Upgrade Sytems and Processes
• Training of faculty / Trainers
• Compliances (internal & external)
• 360 Co-ordination with all stake sholders
• Program & Course co-ordination
• Co-ordination with students & Parents
• Promote the institute through liaison with companies, students and other potential stakeholders.
• Auditing
• MIS Reporting of all departments
• Any other tasks as required from time to time
