Job summary

Maditx is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 5+ years of hands-on SAP development, customization, and support. You will work on ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms across SAP modules.

You will analyze business requirements, develop technical solutions, and collaborate with functional teams on end-to-end implementations and data migrations using LSMW.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Expertise in reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms (RICEF).
• Experience with ALV reports and OO ALV preferred.
• Knowledge of BAPI, RFC, IDoc, ALE and integration points.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Nice to have CDS views, AMDP, OData services, and Fiori integration.
• Familiarity with FICO/MM/SD/PP modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within the SAP landscape.
• Develop and support reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV) and dialogs; SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms; BAPI, RFC, IDoc, ALE; User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs.
• Design interfaces between SAP and third-party systems.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Work with Functional Consultants (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) to implement requirements.
• Support data migration using LSMW and custom programs.
• Prepare technical specs, docs, and unit test cases.
• Provide production support and resolve SAP-related issues.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades and support projects.

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and SAP Fiori integration is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of SAP functional modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in at least 2 End-to-End SAP Implementation Projects.
• Experience in Support and Enhancement Projects.
• SAP Certification will be an added advantage.
